For over three decades, Chef David Cuisine and Event Design has dominated the South Florida event scene. Constantly pursuing perfection, this dedicated group of designers and culinarians continue to push the industry forward and test new limits. Chef David has always prided himself on creating bespoke events, tailor made for his guests. Every detail and each moment is planned to the finest point. Under the culinary direction of his partner, Chef Aaron Dreilinger, the company has reached new heights and critical acclaim for cuisine and craftsmanship. The two chefs believe in giving back to the community and have strong ties to South Florida's Farm to Table movement as well as local charities. Events range from intimate "supper club" gatherings to charity galas for thousands. While we have become known for large scale weddings, galas, and corporate events, each function gets the same hand-crafted care as the others. A deeply bonded and artistically driven partnership of Chefs makes Chef David Schwadron Cuisine and Event Design a company at the top of the field.
It is with much excitement that we welcome back Chef Aaron Dreilinger to the Chef David Team. Chef Aaron was the Executive Chef for 6 years- from 2009 to 2015. His background boasts an impressive mix of Miami's fine dining and event scene. After taking a year "sabbatical" as Corporate Executive Chef of Celebrity Cruises, Chef Aaron has returned home. With this, comes big changes. We are happy to welcome Aaron as David's business partner and a Co-Owner of Chef David Cuisine and Event Design.
